Plot : Ranjana Ami Ar Asbo Na traces the making of a popstar (Parno) and her volatile relationship with her mentor (Anjan). Parno, a small town girl who eats, sleeps and dreams music, travels all the way to Kolkata believing that Anjan will give her a break. Little does she realize that the man, who says she has promise, is interested in her body more than her music. The movie, with all its twists and turns, doesn't become a tale of revenge. Instead, it explores the interesting and changing dynamics between Parno and Anjan and people surrounding them. The result? A musical tale of lost love, achieved dreams and a lot of things in between.
